About Me

I have been practicing therapeutic massage for 20+ years and I am licensed by the state of Arizona.  I am thrilled to share my incredible healing sanctuary with my clients in magical Jacks Canyon.

I start with taking the time to focus on what is needed for your unique self.  This allows me to draw from a wide range of techniques to stimulate your body's own natural healing processes.  My goal for your session is to help you connect with your own inner healer.  

I open myself as a conduit to be guided to use multiple modalities including Structural Integration, Shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, vibrational healing, and Reiki  to assist in your body’s alignment for a healing flow. Each session is unique to heal and align all of the layers of your being, facilitating a multidimensional experience.

I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a graduate of The Sedona School of Massage.  I am a Craniosacral therapist through the Upledger Institute and a Usui Reiki Master.  I also have a BS in Biology from Truman State University. I focused my studies on becoming a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. I worked in clinical and research laboratory settings for 33 years. I have a strong desire to help people in a proactive way. I help them connect with their own inner healer, allowing for facilitation of their own healing.
